The "Helper Hands" platform is designed to connect construction laborers with contractors seeking temporary assistance, focusing on providing immediate daily wage work opportunities. This system facilitates a seamless registration and login process for both laborers and contractors, allowing them to create profiles and post job opportunities. Admin play a crucial role by verifying contractor profiles and job postings, ensuring the legitimacy of all opportunities. which are then made available for application by registered laborers. Upon application, contractors review and approve or reject candidates, allowing the laborers to begin work on the specified dates. Laborers can also update their profiles, check job application statuses, and track their daily wages. Additionally, the platform provides a review system where contractors and laborers can rate each other based on performance, promoting trust and improving the overall work experience.
