The Health Monitoring Using Smartwatch system is a compact and efficient wearable solution designed to continuously monitor vital health parameters such as heart rate and body temperature in real time. The system uses sensors like a heartbeat sensor, pulse sensor, and temperature sensor interfaced with an Arduino microcontroller for data processing. The measured values are displayed on an OLED screen, allowing users to easily track their health status. Powered by a stable power supply adapter, this system provides a low-cost and user-friendly approach for personal healthcare monitoring. It helps in early detection of abnormalities and promotes preventive healthcare, making it suitable for daily use and remote health tracking applications.
