Health care Information System
Abstract
The main objective of the project is to develop a internet based Health care Information System. This application helps the user it identify certain diseases by answering certain questions asked by the patient. Based on the diagnose received the user will getting some suggestion of medicines that are available in the local chemist without prescription with an advice to visit the doctor. This application will create a great comfort to the patients if they are registered or non registered they will get services like disease name, precautions and medication. For Members they will get information about the doctor along with his/her mobile number such that he can get further advices or for additional treatment. Our application is not saying that doctor can be replaced but it will assist doctors and patients to provide better services.
