HALL TICKET GENERATION SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
E-HALLTICKET AUTOMATION SYSTEM is a software solution, It is aimed to develop the Application using internet or LAN. It can be access through out the net and can be accessed by any one who has internet connection. This application helps to automate E-HallTicket generation and verify the details. This application includes E-mail confirmation i.e.,OTP (One Time Password) generation for E-HallTicket generation. This is one of the important feature of the system, Where it provides security.
By examining the existing system we found there is no matches according to our functioning of E-HallTicket Automation system.
Some of the problems faced by manual examination system are delay in result processing ,even filling the registration form also poses the problem like corrections, missing of registration form,verifying the registration forms is also difficult. Maintenance of the system is also very difficult and takes lot of time and effort.
After creating the hall ticket, the system mails the link of soft copy to every student who have registered. Students containing link in the mail can view and print the hall ticket and also can login into the system using login id and password to modify or update their details like Phone number, email-id, etc. Admin is also responsible for generation of mark sheets for every registered student. There will be total three to six semesters where each semester contains maximum seven subjects. Admin can enter the marks of every student into their respective mark sheet using the system’s GUI or via Database entry. Every student mark sheet will be created and printed separately. Thus on a whole it serves as a complete automated software which handles the every tedious and complex process handled during the examination times by the exam cell of a college.
In order to guard the problems faced by the students, college management we are introducing E-HallTicket Automation system.
