Project Code :TEMBMA2862

Objective

The main objective of this project is to save the forest areas from fire accidents because forests are important for human survival and social development. This system will update information to the official mobile by sending an SMS if any fire accident occurs or if any toxic gas is present or if anyone comes to cut down the trees

Abstract

In forested regions, the occurrence of wild land fires poses a significant threat to both natural ecosystems and human settlements. These fires, often stemming from human activities, are expected to increase in frequency and severity due to global warming. To effectively combat this escalating crisis, a holistic and multifaceted approach is imperative—one that offers continuous situational awareness and rapid response capabilities. we present a comprehensive solution utilizing a hierarchical wireless sensor network, interfacing with an ARM7 microcontroller. This network incorporates a diverse array of sensors, including a camera, DHT11 for temperature and humidity, MQ-2 for smoke detection, rain sensor, Flame sensor for fire detection. The integration of GSM and Bluetooth technologies. GPRS connection will upload data in web server. The forest monitoring system encompasses several crucial functionalities. The camera, synchronized via serial communication with a laptop, captures images of wildlife within the forest, facilitating wildlife preservation efforts. Additionally, in the event of wildlife detection, messages are promptly relayed through GSM, providing alerts to relevant authorities, which is relayed along with the messages. Temperature and humidity values, recorded by the DHT11 sensor, are transmitted via messaging and uploaded to a web server for comprehensive environmental monitoring. the system's rain sensor detects rainfall occurrences, while the MQ-2 sensor is vigilant for smoke detection, Flame sensor ensuring early wildfire detection. To foster seamless communication in the forested terrain, Bluetooth technology is employed, with strategically visible to data in mobile.  this hierarchical wireless sensor network represents a vital tool in forest monitoring and early wildland fire detection. Its multifunctional design, coupled with   communication capabilities, equips authorities with the situational awareness needed to address forest fires promptly and efficiently. it aids in wildlife preservation, environmental monitoring, contributing to a more sustainable and proactive approach to safeguarding our forests and natural resources.
