Objective

The objective is to develop a user-friendly fitness application that streamlines registration, login, and session management while providing comprehensive features for tracking burnt calories, viewing top scores, and exploring exercise categories. The aim is to motivate users to engage in regular workouts, accurately monitor their progress, and ultimately achieve their fitness goals effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The fitness application facilitates user engagement and progress tracking through various features. It enables seamless registration, login, and session management for efficient access. Users can monitor their physical activity by viewing burnt calories and comparing their performance with others via top scores. The app categorizes exercises, allowing users to select preferred types and explore various workout options. They can engage in sessions, perform workouts, and conveniently conclude sessions when finished. Moreover, the app prioritizes accurate tracking by enabling users to update their calorie data as required. Through these functionalities, the application empowers users to manage their fitness routines effectively and achieve their goals.
