The Farmer to Customer (F2C) platform is an innovative AI-powered web application designed to bridge the gap between farmers and customers through a seamless and intelligent digital experience. Built using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), the platform ensures scalability, high performance, and secure data handling. It supports two user roles: Farmers and Customers. Farmers can register, log in, manage crops, handle orders, view order history, and now have the ability to respond directly to customer feedback, promoting transparency and engagement. Customers, on the other hand, can register, log in, browse available crops, add items to a shopping cart, place orders, view their order history, and provide feedback on their purchases. To enhance usability and accessibility, the platform includes a toggle mode feature, allowing users to switch between dark and light themes based on their preferences. A cart section helps customers manage and review selected crops before completing their orders. The newly added feedback system enables customers to share their experiences, while farmers can reply to this feedback, fostering better communication and trust between both parties. Additionally, an AI-powered chatbot integrated with the Gemini API offers real-time assistance, answering queries and enhancing user interaction through intelligent support. Overall, the F2C platform delivers a user-friendly, efficient, and modern solution for farm-to-table commerce by optimizing crop sales, order management, and customer engagement using advanced AI technology.
