Objective

The objective of this project is to develop a secure, reliable, and user-friendly User-Admin File Management System. It aims to provide features such as user registration, login, file upload, download, sharing, request handling, and profile management. The system will allow administrators to manage users, authenticate requests, and oversee file activities through secure role-based access. It ensures transparency and security in file management processes. By reducing manual efforts, improving communication between users and administrators, and maintaining detailed logs of activities, the system seeks to streamline file management and enhance operational efficiency within organizations.

Abstract

The proposed system is a simple and efficient file management platform designed to facilitate interactions between users and administrators. It provides role-based access for both users and admins to securely manage file-related operations. The system begins with a user or admin login. Users can perform activities such as signing up, logging in, uploading files, viewing uploaded files, sending requests, and managing their profile information. Additionally, users can handle file operations like sending and receiving files and viewing responses from administrators.

On the other hand, administrators have access to specific functionalities such as logging in, viewing registered users, and authenticating users based on requests. The system ensures that all file interactions are properly authenticated and traceable. The main goal of this system is to provide a secure, structured, and user-friendly platform for managing files, requests, and communication between users and administrators. The system concludes with a proper logout procedure to maintain security and session management. Overall, this platform streamlines file management and improves operational efficiency between users and admins.
