The primary objective of the Event Management Planner (EMP) project is to create a robust and user-friendly platform that streamlines event planning processes for administrators, event planners, and users. This entails developing a centralized system that facilitates efficient communication, task management, and collaboration among stakeholders. Specific goals include automating administrative tasks such as event planner management and user data handling, enabling event planners to manage services and requests seamlessly, and empowering users to easily find and engage event planners while monitoring request statuses. Ultimately, the EMP project aims to enhance productivity, transparency, and overall satisfaction in the event planning experience.
The Event Management Planner (EMP) system is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline event planning processes for administrators, event planners, and users. Admins can securely log in to the system, manage event planners, and view user data. Event planners can access the system via their credentials, enabling them to manage services, view and update service requests from users. Users register and log in using their email, gaining access to nearby event planners, their services, and the ability to submit requests. The system facilitates efficient communication and collaboration between all parties involved in event planning. Developed with a Kotlin backend and Android XML frontend, EMP offers a user-friendly interface and robust functionality to enhance the event planning experience.
