Abstract

Electronic Complaint management system of Municipal Corporation

Abstract:

This project mainly focuses on sanitation and development of the town. To make it possible, the people who belong to the town are provided with an opportunity of raising a complaint regarding any issue that take place in their locality. The issues are garbage management, water supply, electricity management, road repairs or layering of roads and disturbance of animals. To raise the complaints regarding the above categories, a simplified solution is designed where the different type of complaints made by people are integrated.

To maintain all the above mentioned data about the complaints given by the people of various wards of the town, a website is created and it is made easy to raise any type of complaint for people living in the town and basing on the type of the complaint they are categorised and acknowledgment is generated to respective authorities for speedy solution to the problem. A report will be generated where the information will be presented like how many complaints are registered for that day, the categorization of those reports, and the list of solved complaints. This project is dedicated to the Municipal Corporation to resolve people’s problems and make their requirements to be fulfilled.
