Objective

The primary objective is to enhance the effectiveness and transparency of social work services, fostering better communication and collaboration. The motivation behind this project is to create a platform that not only addresses existing inefficiencies but also empowers all stakeholders involved in social work administration, ultimately improving the overall quality of service delivery.

Abstract

This system, consisting of three distinct user roles, offers a comprehensive platform for social work administration, social workers, and users. Admins are equipped with the ability to log in, monitor social work activities, and verify them. They also have access to user complaints for efficient management. Social workers can register, log in, view user complaints, and update their statuses, streamlining their interactions with users. Meanwhile, users have the capability to register, log in, submit complaints, and track the progress and resolution of their issues. This integrated system fosters efficient communication and collaboration among these key stakeholders, enhancing the effectiveness and transparency of social work services.
