Abstract

The E-Ration System is a digital platform designed to modernize and streamline the public distribution process by ensuring transparency, efficiency, and accountability. The system consists of three main modules: Admin, Dealer, and User, each providing specific functionalities for effective ration management. Administrators can monitor users and dealers, handle complaints, generate analytics, and evaluate system performance. Dealers are responsible for managing stock, distributing items, updating users via SMS, and maintaining transaction records. Users can register, view nearby ration shops, check stock availability, track monthly quotas, and report issues directly to the admin. The platform automatically updates inventory after distribution and generates low-stock alerts to prevent shortages. By digitizing records and transactions, the system minimizes manual errors and reduces fraudulent activities. Overall, the E-Ration System enhances service delivery and improves accessibility for beneficiaries through a secure and user-friendly interface.
