E- GOVERNANCE OF MUNICIPALITY ADMINISTRATION

ABSTRACT

In our day to day life we are facing so many problems in our surrounding’s like drainage, street lights, garbage collection, water, electricity problem, roads cleaning, birth and death certificate, Business License, hoardings and flexing licenses, building permit and planning permit, Construction License, tender notices, property tax calculators and tax dues, occupancy permit, market’s permits,   etc., all the problems must be solved by government. But the government was not working properly so we are creating this app such the person who undergoes these problem make pic about issue and if he keeps it in the app with the location and address then the app authority will send a mail to the concern officer if he didn’t solve the problem with in a particular time then the mail will go to his superior. Now the superior must take the responsibility of the work he also forgets to do the work then immediately it will go the media and press. Once the issue raised to media there is a high pressure on government and the staff so automatically the issue can be solved. Finally I conclude that it’s our right to work with the government and by this process problem can be solved without going to municipal/regional offices.
