The primary objective of the Dynamic Management System is to create a secure and user-friendly platform for managing content. Admins will have the ability to manage content and categories, while users can easily search and view content based on categories. The system will provide a smooth and secure experience for all roles with features such as user registration, secure login, content viewing, and content search by category.

ABSTRACT
The Dynamic Online News Portal is a web-based platform designed to simplify content management and access for both users and administrators. The system provides an intuitive interface for content interaction, offering features for category management, content management, and secure user authentication. Admins can log in to manage content and categories, as well as perform other administrative tasks, such as logging out. Users can register, log in, search for content by category, and view content with the option to log out. The system streamlines content organization and access, providing a seamless experience for both users and administrators.
