Objective

The objective of the Digital Talent Show Management System is to develop a comprehensive, user-friendly, and interactive platform that connects participants, audiences, and administrators in a centralized digital environment. The system aims to simplify the process of organizing, participating in, and managing talent shows by allowing participants to register, upload, and manage their performance videos, while enabling users to browse shows, pay entry fees, watch performances, vote, and comment on their favorite participants. Administrators are provided with tools to efficiently manage users and participants, approve or disapprove performances, monitor votes and comments, handle payments, and announce results in a transparent and organized manner.

Abstract

The Digital Talent Show Management System is a web-based platform designed to digitize and streamline the process of organizing, participating in, and engaging with talent shows. The system comprises three modules: Admin, Participant, and User. The Admin module allows administrators to manage users and participants, create and manage talent show events, handle entry ticket payments, approve or disapprove performances, monitor votes and comments, and announce final results. The Participant module enables registered participants to browse available talent shows, submit their performance details and videos, track approval status, and view received votes and comments. The User module allows users to register, browse ongoing talent shows, pay entry amounts, view performances, vote, comment, and track voting history and results. This platform provides a seamless and transparent digital experience for conducting online talent shows, fostering creativity, participation, and audience engagement in an interactive virtual environment.
