Abstract

In this project, the stability issues when renewable energy sources are connected to a weak grid. Grid impedance plays a major role to reduce the stability issues with the help of frequency. In this project the photovoltaic (PV) generator, the grid impedance has a different influence on the system stability depending upon the frequency range. The frequency range can be varied as low frequency 50 HZ and grid impedance as high frequency 300 HZ stability. To overcome the problems discontinuity and nonlinearity of the power loop by varying frequency or grid impedance value. The power oscillations can be analyzed in the case of low-frequency dynamics. The performance of controlling technique results can be evaluated by using mat lab/Simulink.
