In recent years, threat of terrorism left the governments around the world rattled due to the high death toll of civil and military personal. Many military personals have to face these threats head on putting their lives on the line, so it was imperative to come with the solution in which they may not have to put their lives at risk, in this regard we proposed a model of an Unmanned Ground Vehicle (UGV) capable of performing missions in rigid and critical environments which may be life threatening. Our proposed system basically falls in the category of Robotics which actually is a branch of Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering, they deals with the design, construction and control of robots with their information processing. Robots are the devices capable of performing their designated task autonomously, which makes them a perfect decoy in military operations. It can be used for surveillance and even for the covert operations in military, their motion are planned, modeled and controlled autonomously by its programming. Their performance can be varied by the effective utilization of its source code.
