Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a test that uses powerful magnets, radio waves, and a computer to make detailed pictures inside your body. An MRI scan differs from CT scans and X-rays, as it does not use potentially harmful ionizing radiation. Detecting the edges of MRI images is the main goal of this study. It is designed with 5-tap bandpass filters and two high frequency sub band MRI images in digital wavelet domain. This method provides high accuracy and enhancement in detecting the edge images.
