Design and implementation of low power voltage control oscillator using alternative CMOS techniques for PLL

Also Available Domains Low Power VLSI

Project Code :TVMATO1105

Objective

The main objective of this project is to provide the comparative analysis of alternative CMOS techniques with implementation of voltage control oscillator used in the design of PLL.

Abstract

Abstract: This paper explains the working of Current Starved Voltage Controlled Oscillators in different CMOS logics. Here, we are implementing the CSVCO using three different CMOS logics such as Pseudo NMOS logic, Dynamic CMOS logic and Domino logic. This work provides the comparison of performance parameters such as area and power values. Here comparisons are drawn among these three logic implementations of CSVCO along with conventional CSVCO. This entire designs are simulated using Tanner EDA tool employing 45nm CMOS technology file.

NOTE: Without the concern of our team, please don't submit to the college. This Abstract varies based on student requirements.
