The main objective of this project is to design and develop an automated hydroponics system using IoT technology, incorporating data logging for efficient and controlled cultivation practices
This project presents the design and development of an innovative Automated Hydroponics System integrated with Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities, Arduino Uno as the main processor unit and Node MCU for IoT data transmission. The system incorporates a suite of sensors, including TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) for monitoring water quality, pH sensor for pH level measurement, temperature sensor for tracking both water and ambient temperature, and a water level sensor to maintain water levels, LCD for display the parameter values of the sensors in the Hydroponics. Additionally, a water pump is employed to regulate water levels and flow rates in response to data from the water level sensor. Through the IoT connectivity, timely data is logged and viewed remotely by grower, and enabling efficient management and optimization of hydroponic conditions. This comprehensive solution offers a novel approach to hydroponic cultivation, promoting automation for enhanced crop yield and quality.
