Deep Learning Approach for Early Detection of Alzheimer’s Disease

We used Deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) to create a trained and predictive model when the data had previously been oversampled due to an imbalance in the data distribution. We have compared our own network with pre-trained VGG-19 net and our network provides better performance in terms of accuracy.
