Data Centric Routing in WSN for Energy Conservation Using Directed Diffusion

Objective

The work focuses on designing a data-centric approach, directed diffusion for reliable energy efficiency. It performs routing strategies by minimizing consumption of energy and enhances the life span of the network.

Abstract

In this project, the work focuses on designing a data-centric approach, Directed Diffusion (DD) for reliable energy efficiency. One of the growing technique is under the Wireless sensor networks (WSNs), which are associated with the smaller nodes used to sense, calculation and also have communication abilities and Energy efficiency is a challenging issue in WSN.

The proposed approach performs routing strategies by minimizing consumption of the energy and enhances the life span of the network. In the proposed algorithm, the route is determined depending on the remaining energy.

Minimum: 2.9 GB of HDD space for MATLAB only, 5-8 GB for a typical installation

Recommended: An SSD is recommended a full installation of all Math Works products may take up to 29 GB of disk space

RAM:

Minimum: 4 GB
