Abstract

This project involves identifying the various types of soils and the crops cultivated in the respective type of soils. The main aim of the project is to help the farmers to select the perfect type of soil that is suitable for their agriculture and also to provide the genuine information for the traders across the world about the soil type, crops available and the area. In this project, the area selected is Chittoor & kadapa districts, where all the villages are to be known, the types of soils that present in the respective villages and their lands. For this, all the type regions, villages of Chittoor & kadapa, the type soils and the cost available in that village and also the crops which are cultivated in that land is to be known. The major crops which are of mainly cultivated in Chittoor & kadapa districts will be found such as mango, tomato, chilies, rice ,sugarcane ,papaya, beans, tobacco etc. The majority of soils present in the Chittoor & kadapa districts will be categorized such as black soils, red soils, sand and saline soils respectively. The agriculture areas are also be found weather they are available in the district or not. The rainfall, availability of water, climatic conditions that support the cultivation will be verified. We are providing information about cultivating by experts in this field. All the gathered information about the soil type, crops, and area will be stored in database and will be made available in a website. By visiting that website, people all over the world can be able to view, visit, find details and find the required information of the land as per their requirements. Here we use the feed forward networking technique to store all the information about the soils which can be forwarded to the people who ever need the information about these soils and crops.
