Abstract:
The system is built to control the company interactions with current and future customers. The system can be used to organize, automate, and synchronize the sales information. The sales manager needs to keep track of the current and future customers to synchronize sales. The system is built upon the python language and others; through this application the customers get all the updates of the company products and events too. This is a great system for an organization to interact with their clients and customers. This relationship handling system between the customers and the company members would be a great bond creator and of a great profit application for both of them. Although a large portion of CRM is technology, viewing CRM as a technology-only solution is likely to fail. Managing a successful CRM implementation requires an integrated and balanced approach to technology, process, and people.
