Abstract

Cloud computing is an on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. Cloud Computing (CC) has emerged as new platforms in the ICT revolution of the twenty-first century. The adaptation of the Cloud paradigm in the healthcare field can bring several opportunities to medical IT, and experts believe that it can significantly improve healthcare services and contribute to its continuous and systematic innovation. The project will include the integration of wearable devices, wireless communications and big data in smart health, as well as biomedical data representing multiple affiliated patients during interactions. Due to the communication channel openness and data sensibility, privacy is increasingly recognized in the edge of cloud care and cloud hybrid computing-based health care applications. In this work, a collaborative privacy protection scheme is designed for wearable devices with identity authentication and data access control considerations in place-aware and time-aware contexts. In space-aware edge computing mode, confidential sharing and min-hash-based authentication are designed to improve privacy protection along with computing, without revealing sensitive data; In time-aware cloud computing mode, ciphertext-based encryption is applied for fine-particle access control, and the Bloom filter is used to achieve efficient data structure without privacy disclosure. GNY Logic Based Security Formal Analysis is carried out to prove theoretical accuracy and the proposed scheme achieves collaborative privacy protection over communication overhead and computational cost for wearable devices in smart health.
