Abstract:

Enterprise contract management system deal with the life cycle automation and management of contract document from their establishment to expiry. The System include the basic common services such as work flow and document routing services, security and notification services. A standard data model is defined to specify mete data properties to manage, track and to store contract documents in a central repository.  Integration services are also introduced to enable the system to collaborate and store contract data with external application such as contract authoring and fulfillment tracking tools.

 This system follows a structured process to manage to contract creation and execution.  This   system provides the facilitates such as searching and tracking contract documents, SMS alerts and email alerts regarding contract expiry   or upgrade etc. Also the system facilitates to manage the obligations to improve performance.
