Objective

To create a user-friendly and efficient platform that seamlessly bridges the gap between prospective renters and their ideal homes. Our mission is to provide renters with a diverse and curated selection of rental properties, enabling them to find, compare, and secure their dream homes with ease. Through innovative technology and personalized features, we aim to simplify the rental search process, save renters valuable time and effort, and ultimately foster mutually beneficial connections between renters and property owners.

Abstract

Widespread information access has been made possible by the development of information technology and the internet. Technology has significantly changed how people carry out their daily activities. Finding boarding or rental houses is one of them. Traditionally, if there is a manager of the rented house, the person looking for a rental home will call him or her on the phone and then visit the property to physically inspect it. However, this app can help in simplifying the process. It can be used to receive full information on the amenities offered, the cost, the number of rooms available, and even to get in contact with the building manager. Login, see rental apartment list, view detail, review, view map, and unit information are some of the services has made for this application. An evaluation shows that the application is useful to provide rental house information and to communicate between room seekers and apartment managers.
