The objective of Company Earnings Tracking System is to provide a comprehensive platform for managing departmental earnings, enabling companies to set and track monthly financial goals, and monitor performance. For departments, the system offers functionalities to manage financial records, view performance analytics, and access historical data. Companies can manage departments, set financial targets, track earnings, and review progress toward goals. Admins have oversight to approve company registrations, monitor financial goals, and ensure system integrity. By integrating tracking, scalable management, and robust analytics, CETS ensures efficient financial management and enhances organizational transparency and decision-making.

Abstract

The Company Earnings Tracking System (CETS) is a robust platform designed to enhance corporate financial management by providing efficient tracking and management of departmental earnings. CETS enables companies to set monthly financial goals for each department, monitor real-time performance, and generate comprehensive financial reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. The system supports three distinct user roles: Department, Company, and Admin, each with tailored functionalities. Departments can register, manage profiles, add and edit financial records, view historical data, and access monthly and yearly analytics. Companies, upon admin approval, can manage departments, set financial targets, track earnings, and view detailed reports. Admins oversee the platform by approving or rejecting company registrations, monitoring financial goals, and reviewing achievements. By offering real-time tracking, scalable departmental management, and robust reporting, CETS improves transparency, operational efficiency, and financial oversight for organizations.
