The system is categorized into three main modules: Admin, Faculties, and Students, each tailored to perform specific functionalities for efficient departmental operations. The Admin module enables administrators to securely log in and manage core departmental data through CRUD operations. Admins can oversee and maintain records for both students and faculties, manage departmental events, and handle placement-related activities involving external companies. The Faculty module allows faculty members to log in, view their profiles, access student details, add academic marks, update daily attendance (present/absent), input their own professional qualifications, and manage students' internship details. Faculties also play a pivotal role in managing placement activities and departmental events, with full CRUD functionalities. The Student module empowers students to log in and manage their personal information, view academic marks, check event updates, and explore placement-related opportunities. Students can also access and update their internship information, promoting self-service and improved transparency. By integrating all stakeholders—admin, faculty, and students—into a single, unified platform, this portal enhances operational efficiency, improves information accessibility, and supports academic and professional development within the department.
