CASE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
Customer service plays an important role after a product had been sold. Customers are expected to face many unexpected/unknown problem related to manufacturing, usage & service related issues. This project will provide a backbone to customer after purchasing. An online service portal/IVRS/call canter based support will be provided to the customer in a specified manner.
