Abstract

Career Connect is an innovative job searching platform designed to bridge the gap between employees, companies, and administrators. Employees can register, create detailed profiles, and update resumes, showcasing their skills, projects, and family details. They can apply for job positions and track the status of their applications, receiving notifications of approval or rejection. Companies can post job openings, manage applications, and view employee profiles to make informed recruitment decisions. The platform enables companies to edit or delete job posts and manage their employee records. Admins oversee the entire system, handling tasks like approving or rejecting applications, and managing users. The platform aims to streamline the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and transparency for both employees and employers. By providing a central hub for job-related activities, Career Connect transforms job searching into a seamless, user-friendly experience.
