Abstract:-
Now a day’s television and land line are a part of our house. Users want television connection or land line connection and so they will meet the distributer. The distributer then assigns the work to a cable operator. This project contains three users - Admin, Operators and Customers. This Project mainly depends on the State, District and City. As Operators and Customers may be hundreds and thousands, customers are handled by particular area operator. Customers can apply for connection, pay bills, view bills status, connection status, post complaints, view area wise operators addresses and view packages. In this the interface has been developed with graphics concepts in mind, associated through a browser interface.
