As increase in population and over exploitation of water, ground water level has decreased people in the world face water crisis. India is an agrarian country, farmers depend on groundwater but to their disappointment there is irregular distribution of rainfall and no monsoon. So they are forced to drill bore wells to greater depth and depend on it. Majority of people living in urban areas depends upon bore wells as there is no alternative for it. The advancement in technology like internet of things, cloud computing, big data internet facilities can be used to design a system to monitor these immense important bore wells to overcome disadvantages like poor water quality, increased manpower requirements, irreversible damage caused to poorly monitor public motors. Design and development of monitoring PH and turbidity in the water and monitoring motor temperature in bore well would be a great use. Also bore wells are not centrally monitored.
