Abstract

The aim of the project is to develop the functions needed to efficiently manage an auditorium. The system keeps track of auditorium status and advance bookings along with associated event details and customer contacts in the database. Any user external or internal has to raise a request for auditorium booking and it will be approved by admin. The system can also send SMS notifications to the users. To design and develop an online Auditorium booking application which will allow students and external users also to book auditorium as per their expected event schedules. Any user internal or external has to raise a request for auditorium booking and it will be approved by admin. It maintains booking details in a more efficient and systematic way and it can also send notifications about booking status to the users.
