The system aims to provide immersive visitor experiences through customizable virtual tours, multi-language support, and accessibility options while enabling efficient stakeholder management and integration of advanced features like special event scheduling and patron notifications

ABSTRACT

Art Haven: Integrated Museum Management and Virtual Experience System is a comprehensive solution designed to manage the museum's operations and enhance visitor experiences. The system ensures meticulous tracking of all art objects, including their descriptions, renderings, conditions, statuses, and locations. It facilitates seamless loan management, including contracts, security procedures, and insurance policies, adhering to stringent conservation protocols. The platform integrates modules for various stakeholders, such as administrators, employees, curators, business partners, and the public. Admins manage users, notifications, and financial records, while curators oversee collections, approve loans, and update display areas. Business partners can request loans and monitor loaned artifacts, while the public engages through exhibitions, ticket purchases, and customized virtual tours. The system incorporates advanced features, including virtual tour customization, patron management for notifications, and special event scheduling linked to specific collections. Security levels are enforced across display areas to ensure artifact safety, aligning with their security requirements. With a robust backend developed in Spring Boot, a dynamic frontend in React, and a MySQL database, Art Haven supports multi-language virtual tours and accessibility options. This scalable, user-centric platform streamlines museum operations and offers immersive experiences, setting a benchmark for modern museum management systems.
