Abstract
A prescription is a health-care program implemented by a physician or other qualified health care practitioner in the form of instructions that govern the plan of care for an individual patient .The term often refers to a health care provider's written authorization for a patient to purchase a prescription drug from a pharmacist. Android prescription viewer is an android app which can be developed using optical character recognition .In this app user is going scan their disease tablets and then set the reminder in which time they have to use, so that this app will reminds the user according to time the user has been set. This app is mainly used for patients in which they can easily remember which tablet they want to take. This app also tells which tablets want to take according to the user diseases.
