To evaluate meat freshness using gas sensors and cameras. Wireless charging powers real-time AI-based analysis.
This project presents an IoT-based meat quality monitoring system using Raspberry Pi, a web camera, gas sensors, and a DHT11 sensor. The system evaluates meat freshness by detecting spoilage gases and monitoring temperature and humidity conditions. Camera-based monitoring and sensor data are processed together to assess meat quality in real time. The system also includes wireless charging using a transmission coil to power the sensors and battery. It provides a low-cost and efficient solution for continuous meat freshness monitoring and food safety assurance.
