The objective of this project is to develop TheraTrack, an AI-powered medicine reminder application, that recognizes prescribed medications from uploaded prescriptions and sends timely notifications to users, improving medication adherence and ensuring health management.

The application uses generative AI to recognize medications from uploaded prescriptions and automatically schedules reminders for timely consumption. Users can register, log in, and upload a prescription image. The AI extracts the medicine names and provides suggested start and end dates for each prescribed medication. The app then sends timely notifications, ensuring that users take their medicines as prescribed, improving medication adherence. This system aims to address the common problem of non-adherence to prescribed treatments, which is a significant contributor to poor health outcomes. By automating the prescription recognition and reminder process, TheraTrack reduces human error, ensures better adherence, and promotes health management. This application is designed to be user-friendly, making it accessible for people of all ages, especially those with chronic conditions requiring regular medication.
