This project involves an advanced spirometer for human respiration diagnosis, offering precise measurements and enhanced analysis to aid in detecting and monitoring respiratory conditions efficiently.
The "Advanced Spirometer-Based Human Respiration Diagnosis" system integrates infrared (IR) sensors and LCD technology to provide an efficient and accurate measurement of lung capacity. In this system, three distinct IR sensors are strategically placed in the spirometer to detect variations in airflow as the user blows into the device. Each IR sensor is calibrated to measure different lung capacities based on the strength and volume of the user's exhalation, with real-time data displayed on an integrated LCD screen for instant feedback. The system further enhances its functionality by uploading the measured values to ThingSpeak, a cloud-based platform for IoT analytics, enabling continuous monitoring and remote access to the user's respiratory health data. This approach offers a non-invasive, user-friendly method for diagnosing lung function and tracking respiratory health over time.
