Objective

The objective of the Web-Based Land Registration and Mutation Management System is to create a user-friendly digital platform for efficient property registration and transfer. The system aims to simplify the process of listing, verifying, and transferring property ownership through secure and automated workflows. It seeks to improve transparency and reduce manual errors by providing a seamless experience for both users and administrators. The system’s goal is to enhance the security of property transactions with secure user authentication and payment .s. Additionally, it aims to facilitate quicker property mutations and approvals through real-time updates. The platform also strives to provide easy access to property data for users and effective management tools for admins. Ultimately, the objective is to modernize the land registry process for greater efficiency and accessibility.

Abstract

The Web-Based Land Registration and Mutation Management System facilitates the management of property listings and transactions through two primary modules: User and Admin. Users can register, log in, and access a dashboard where they can view and post properties. Once a property is listed, it is submitted for Admin Verification. The admin is responsible for reviewing property details, approving or rejecting listings, and managing user accounts. Transactions can be initiated by users, who can make payments for property purchases. After payment, the system updates the transaction status. The system ensures secure, streamlined management of property registration, verification, and mutation processes. Finally, both users and admins can log out once their activities are completed. The system ensures smooth interaction between users and admins for an efficient property management experience.
