Abstract

Cloud computing is the on-demand availability of computer system resources, especially data storage and computing power, without direct active management by the user. The term is generally used to describe data centers available to many users over the Internet. With the rapid development of mobile internet applications, it is becoming increasingly difficult for mobile users to choose the right item in the face of large amounts of commodity information. The recommendation system is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of information overload. However, low-hardware configuration and limited computing capabilities are common problems on most mobile devices, and mobile computing applications face more serious challenges with increasing demand for computing resources. Cloud computing, as a resource on demand, provides technical assistance to solve the above problems. The referral system's recommendation as a package service (Ross) has received widespread attention from the business community and academics. In this paper, the Ross model based on emotion analysis and double labeling is proposed. In this model, we fully use object description information and user comment text to explore users' emotional preference for item attributes not considered in existing recommendation models or algorithms. First, we summarize keywords by analyzing the description and user behavior of objects to establish internal attribute labels and user preference labels. Second, we get user feedback through emotion analysis to establish object feedback labels and user anxiety labels. Finally, the user recommendation results are generated by calculating the similarity of the four types of labels mentioned above. The experimental results show that the proposed model and its algorithms improve the effectiveness of the recommendation
