Objective

The objective of this work is to design a low-power and high-speed voltage level shifter based on a regulated cross-coupled pull-up network that enables reliable signal conversion between low-voltage and high-voltage domains in modern VLSI systems. The proposed design aims to minimize static and dynamic power consumption while achieving fast transition speeds by regulating the pull-up strength and suppressing contention during switching. The circuit is analyzed and validated through simulation to demonstrate improved delay, reduced power dissipation, and robust operation across wide voltage ranges, making it suitable for multi-voltage SoC, IoT, and low-power digital applications.
