The main aim of the project is to resolve these issues raised through equipment purchases to fulfill the industrial requirements.
This paper introduces a novel approach to trace industrial equipment leveraging Blockchain technology in the context of the Industrial Internet. Unlike existing techniques that rely on centralized servers, prone to hacking and data tampering, the proposed system utilizes Blockchain's decentralized and immutable nature. Each equipment's information is stored in blocks across multiple nodes, creating a distributed ledger. Hashcodes associated with each block are verified during storage, ensuring data integrity. In case of tampering, failed hashcode verification identifies the compromised node. The system incorporates proof of work for each transaction, securing industrial equipment details. Users, including Production, Supervision, Distribution, and Circulation logins, perform operations such as product coding, logistic details, sales records, defect reporting, and overall equipment tracking. This innovative Blockchain platform enhances security, traceability, and permission-based access control in managing industrial equipment data.
