Here we are using IR sensor, Temperature and gas switching circuit (relay) and buzzer. The basic idea is to make use of IR LEDs to send the infrared waves to the object. Another IR diode of the same type is to be used to detect the reflected wave from the object. The diagram is shown below. When IR receiver is subjected to infrared light, a voltage difference is produced across the leads. Less voltage which is produced can be hardly detected and hence operational amplifiers are used to detect the low voltages accurately. Sensitive material of MQ-2gas sensor is SnO2, which with lower conductivity in clean air. When the target combustible gas exist, the sensorβs conductivity is higher along with the gas concentration rising. Please use simple electro circuit, Convert change of conductivity to correspond output signal of gas concentration. MQ-2 gas sensor has high sensitity to Propane, Butane and LPG, also response to Natural gas. The sensor could be used to detect different combustible gas, especially Methane; it is with low cost and suitable for different application. Gas leak detection is the process of identifying potentially hazardous gas leaks by means of various sensors.
