Visitor tracking system

Abstract:

Visitor Management is one of the vital aspects of security management. Visitor management refers to tracking the usage of a public building or site.  Managing visitor access to the site of the university    school. The visibility and control provided by visitor traffic means that intrusions and other risks are more easily identified. Archiving of visitor names    their identification and time spent on site.

Constant monitoring of visitors from time of entry to school or on  campus  until his departure. It should track where visitors are and who they are visiting.  Internal directory and integrated photo album, convenient for confirming identities of administrative workers. Complete control of all mail and parcels deposited at the reception or at the reception desk.  Each step is recorded deposits, people informed and deletions. Add details of visitors coming inside the college campus with their vehicle number, purpose of visit.
