Objective

The main objective of this application is to “solve student’ problems and provide material to students.

Abstract

A Student helpdesk system is used to provide user assistance to the students and staff members. Student Helpdesk system provides a simple interface for maintenance of student information. It can be used by educational institutions to maintain the records. The creation and management of accurate up-to-date information is critically important. Student Helpdesk deals with all kinds of information regarding the student. The system utilizes user authentication and displays information that are necessary for individual student. The systems features a complex logging systems to track all the user access and ensure the conformance of data access guidelines and are expected to increase the efficiency of Student Helpdesk System. Thereby, it decreases the efforts needed to access and deliver the information
