Smart Pillow for Advance Health sensing

Objective

The main objective of this project is to provide efficient health monitoring with the help of smart pillow by using various health monitoring sensors.

Abstract

Sleep is a vital, often neglected, component of every person's overall health and wellbeing. Sleep is important because it enables the body to repair and be fit and ready for another day. Lack of sleep can affect overall health and makes prone to serious medical conditions, such as obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure and diabetes.

     In this project we will monitor the parameters like light intensity, temperature and humidity of the room and temperature of the body. If any of the sensor crosses its threshold values buzzer will alert.
