Objective
Today, smart employers are widely using AI-enabled recruitment mobile applications to find the right candidates who have not been considered for job roles in the past, not because they were well qualified, but because they appear in search results or did not appear.
Abstract
Recruitment Chat-Bot is the best AI enabled recruitment tool that uses natural language to understand the text entered by the users. One of the main features of a recruitment chat bot is to offer real-time communication to the candidates and to schedule an interview with the recruiter. Through increased intelligence, AI can alter the recruiting function to allow recruiters to become more proactive in their hiring, help assess the culture fit of an applicant, and strengthen their relationships with hiring managers by using data to evaluate KPIs such as hire quality.
Through enhanced communication between candidates and employers, artificial intelligence in recruitment can dramatically increase candidate engagement. This is because it can provide updates, feedback and guidance to candidates and respond to questions in real-time.
