Project Code :TEMBMA1763

Objective

The main objective of the project is to develop a smart medicine reminder box that is used to remind our loved ones to take medicines on time. This can be used by an individual and it can remind up to three pills taking time and SMS is sent through GSM.

Abstract

The conception, design and creation of a pillbox prototype intended to solve this deficiency in the medical area as it has the ability of sorting out the pills by itself as well as many other advanced features, with this device being intended to be used by hospitals or retirement homes. This medication pill box is focused on patients who frequently take medications or vitamin supplements, or attendants who deal with the more seasoned or patients. Our smart pill box is programmable that enables medical caretakers or clients to determine the pill amount and timing to take pills, and the service times for every day.

The smart remainder medicine box is a system that is used to remind our loved ones to take medicines on time. This can be used by an individual, it can remind up to three pills taking time. Here we have an audio system that speaks that it is time to take medicine 1 or medicine 2 or medicine 3 along with an Buzzer connectivity to that individual if he/ she are far away from the system can hear that and SMS is sent GSM for pill remainder.

The arduino will take part in sending and speaking via a voice circuit module APR33A3 and a speaker. The LCD will display the exact time and the push buttons are used to set the medicine timing for three types.
