Farm Animal Location Tracking System Using Arduino and GPS Module

Project Code :TEMBMA3350

Objective

The main objective of this project is to locate farm animals and track them using GPS module

Abstract

Every living creature has equal importance in this ecosystem. But the lives of the animals are in danger. Because animals usually have a habit of walking freely in the farms and forests, if any accidents or any mishaps happen to the animals in the farm or forest no intimation will be available. If they got any injuries or any other sickness which causes death, in that situations farmer or forest officers may not know the location of the animals in that kind of big areas. In order to avoid this problem, we have implemented the concept of animal tracking using GPS and getting messages using GSM. Automatic tracking system has been implemented by incorporating GSM and GPS technology in the form of a device that would be attached to the body of an animal and would be continuously monitoring the position of the animal. This system is flexible, cost efficient and easy to implement and can be beneficial for monitoring animals. GPS antenna is used to track the location of animals. To monitor health of animal temperature sensor is used. This device needed in a situation where we have wide spaces such as nature reserve in which the animals needed to track their movement and monitor their vital signs to understand whether the animals in normal condition or not, and to know if that animal died.

NOTE: Without the concern of our team, please don't submit to the college. This Abstract varies based on student requirements.
